allCare IT wants to ensure that our customers get the best service possible. This includes fast and reliable response times. As such, we want to give proper training so our clients know how to submit technical questions and/or problems so nothing goes missing or gets overlooked. We have a few different methods for our clients to get technical support. The best way is to submit a ticket to our ticketing system. This method results in us seeing the problem right away and being able to quickly assign a technician to start working on it. So, how do you submit a ticket to allCare IT? The process is very simple. Email helpdesk@allcareit.com with a brief description of the problem you are experiencing - that's it! After that, a technician with follow up and work on getting the problem fixed. But what if your email is down? If that is the case, you have two other options available to you. The first is to call us at 613-817-1212. In that case, the technician will make that ticket for you and may try walking you through some troubleshooting steps. The second option is to go to our website (contact us page) and submit your ticket there. If you choose this method, please clearly state who you are and which company you are connected with so that we know how to properly assign the ticket. It has recently come to our attention that there has been some confusion over the ScreenConnect chat room and the IT icon that come installed on the re-imaged computers. To clear up the misunderstanding - these tools are not to be used to send in a ticket. They are there to assist the technician who is working on your computer.
