"Why is my computer is so slow?!". In our line of work we hear this one a lot; and as much as we wish we could fix this problem with a swish of our hand, there are so many different things that could be slowing down your computer that it can be a difficult fix. Difficult but not impossible - there are some major things that you can even identify before you contact us. For example:- You're running too many programs at once
- Too many browser tabs are open
- Your room is too dusty
- You don't have enough memory
- Programs are hogging all the processing power
- You have an overzealous antivirus program
- Your browser has too many add-ons
- Your hard drive is failing
- You need to restart your computer
- You have a virus
- You have too many startup programs
- Your hard drive is 90% full
Essentially a slow computer is an indication of the computers health, either hardware or software-wise. So if you find that you have one or more of these problems we can help you get back on track or help identify and fix any more ingrained problems that your computer may have.
